The Contract for the Provision of Services for the Development of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for the wider urban area of the free province of Famagusta was signed on February 10, 2022, at the Ayia Napa Town Hall (Consultancy Services for the Development of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan ( SUMP) for the Greater Urban Area of the Famagusta District). The Contract was signed, on behalf of the Government and the Director of the Public Works Department, by Mr. Eleftherios Eleftheriou and, on behalf of the Consortium “Mobilityinchain Srl + A.L.A. Planning Partnership Consultancy LLC", Ms. Anna Karamontani. The preparation of the Plan will have an expenditure of €91,630 (including VAT) and a completion period of 12 months. It is noted that the Project is co-financed by the Cohesion Fund of the European Union at a rate of 85%, through the Operational Program "Competitiveness and Sustainable Development" and by 15% from national resources.
The objective of the Agreement is the provision of services for the development of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUP) for the free Province of Famagusta.
